Dr. Bardach-Yalov is a strategic communications practitioner and researcher.
She received her Ph.D. from the University of Leeds, UK.
She served as a former political communications advisor to the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and now teaches at the David Yellin College of Education and works as a political commentator at the Israeli Russian-speaking Channel 9. Her research focuses on Russian strategic communications and media management since the mid-90’s until today. A former MoD contractor, Dr. Bardach-Yalov is also advising on the matters of counter-propaganda, psychological warfare and “Hasbara”.
